What you need to know for your visit in Steinhaus

Eating and drinking: There are several bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Museum.
Barrier-free access: The Museum is barrier-free and easily accessible for persons with wheelchairs, pushchairs or walking frames.
Dogs in the Museum: Dogs are only permitted as far as the entrance area.

Plane: The nearest airports are Innsbruck (140 km) and Verona (260 km).
Rail/bus: Take the train to Bruneck/Brunico then, from Bruneck/Brunico railway or bus station take bus no. 450 for the Ahrntal Valley to Steinhaus. Get off at the stop (Steinhaus) by the Museum in the grain store. Connections every 30 minutes.
By car: From the A22 autobahn take the Brixen/Bressanone exit, then follow the E66 towards Bruneck/Brunico, exit at Bruneck/Brunico Nord and from there take the SS621 towards Ahrntal/Valle Aurina to Steinhaus, Klausbergstrasse 103. Free car and coach parking is available at the valley station of the Klausberg lift, five minutes from the Museum.
